The Power of Prayer

Let it also be recalled that each one be diligent in prayer, mental as well as vocal. And although one needs always to pray in spirit and mind, given the continuous need one has of God’s help, nevertheless, we also advise frequent vocal prayer, through which the bodily sense are awakened.
