Human Trafficking Awareness Month

Pope Francis in 2015 announced the remembrance of Saint Bakhita, 8 February, as the International Day of Prayer and Reflection on the Fight against Human Trafficking.

In the United States of America January is National Anti-Trafficking Month. Ursuline sisters from the USA share a rich variety of materials to help us get connected to the experience of Human Trafficking Awareness Month from January 11 - February 8.

Each day, 40 million men, women, and children are victimised by human trafficking. We can deepen our awareness on this topic and realise what we can contribute in this area.
