Two Ursulines completed Formation Course

A  large group -  48 sisters from 39 different congregations, located in 29 countries around the world - participated this year in the international and intercultural Formation Course at International Union of Superiors General (UISG) in Rome. We are happy that two Ursulines, Sr Elizabeth Marie Ansart from France and Sr Susan Wanjiru from Kenya, completed this 6-month long course for Formators.

The two sisters journeyed together and they said with gratitude that they enjoyed their  diversity in communion as graced companions. They have experienced that formation ministry is an invitation to take off the shoes and enter into the garden of someone else. Throughout the course, they gained a deeper understanding of their spiritual path and were inspired to cultivate a more meaningful and reflective life. They received insights and tools that have opened their hearts and minds, allowing them to connect more deeply with their inner selves and the world around them.

Sr Mariangela and Sr Pamela from the Generalate community attended the closing ceremony and witnessed the certification of the two sisters.
