Inter-Ursulines meeting

On the evening of the feast of St Ursula and Companions martyrs, nine sisters from our Generalate in Rome went to Mass at the nearby Ursulines of San Carlo. This was our response to an invitation from the present prioress of the house, Sr Patrizia Licandro.

It turned out that Ursulines from other branches who were able to be reached with an invitation were also present. It was a great joy to meet in such Ursuline diversity. We counted seven different Ursuline congregations.

After the Mass, presided over by Bishop Daniele Salera, there was an opportunity to meet and to eat a slice of pizza. We are grateful for this initiative which builds bridges within the Ursuline family.
