100th birthday of Sr. Joan McCarthy

In January, sisters of the Eastern Province of USA celebrated remarkable 100th birthday of Sr. Joan McCarthy, OSU! The joyous occasion took place at Andrus on Hudson nursing home, where Sr. Joan was surrounded by family and friends. She was presented with a special Proclamation by Mayor Nicola Armacost of Hastings-on-Hudson.

This has truly been a milestone year for Sr. Joan – from her 75th Jubilee to this extraordinary 100th birthday. 

We wish Sr. Joan a year filled with joy, blessings, and love!
