Medals of Merit for Missionaries - Austria

On October 3, Sr. Mariangela Mayer OSU, from the Community of Generalate in Rome, was invited by the Government of the Province (Federal State) of Upper Austria to receive, together with other missionaries and development volunteers, the Province Medal of Merit from Governor Thomas Stelzer, in the presence of the Bishop of the Diocese of Linz, the Superintendent of the Protestant Church, and other guests.

The Office for Missionaries in the Diocese of Linz is very committed. Mr. Andreas Reumayr helps missionaries and those returning from their service abroad to stay connected with their home diocese and supports sisters, brothers, and lay volunteers in their commitment.
